Congratulations to Don Backus and Mickey Higham who prevailed on a challenging junior gold pattern at River City Bowl-A-Way with a decisive victory in the final match. Well done! Don't forget that the year-end NWOTBA event is quickly approaching. You are eligible for the event if you have bowled in at least three NWOTBA events this season. You are also eligible for a $10 discount on your entry fee at the year-end event for every tournament after the first three that you have bowled during this season. Finally, if you would like to get warmed up for the year-end tournament, Georgetown Bowl is hosting the Summer Ironman Series event I on Saturday, May 18, 2013 on the challenging 43 foot WTBA Tokyo pattern. Congratulations to Dick Selgo on his victory at Ottawa Highland Lanes with a 287-242 win over Terry Rohrer in the finals. The next stop is at River City Bowl-A-Way in Napoleon, OH on Sunday, April 28, 2013 and is a Junior/Senior doubles event.
